Therapy for youth (10+), teens, adults, parents and couples -in English and American Sign Language (ASL)
I’m Kathleen, a social worker (RSW) who believes healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where you feel truly seen and understood. My practice is built on compassion, trust, and respect for each person’s unique story.
With over 12 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting youth, teens, adults, couples and parents in both community and clinical settings. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and person-centered—I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, compassionate, and practical.
I support young people managing anxiety, big emotions, anger, low self-esteem, identity questions, and school or peer challenges. For parents and adults, I help clients identify and understand unhealthy patterns, navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, recovery after breakups or divorce, parenting challenges, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I also work with couples who may be feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, struggling with communication, rebuilding trust, or deciding how to move forward together. My focus is on trauma, grief, and helping clients and couples build healthier patterns in their lives.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, parenting challenges, or working toward long-term growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, empathy, and encouragement.
Take care of yourself—you deserve it.

Founder & Owner, Common Ground Health & Wellness
Lindsay Sara Reid is the founder and driving force behind Common Ground Health & Wellness. A single mother, cancer survivor, certified yoga instructor, and passionate advocate for mental health, Lindsay’s own life story fuels her passion for helping others navigate challenges and reclaim their health and well-being. In her 20s, Lindsay faced ovarian cancer during her second pregnancy, undergoing multiple surgeries and experiencing surgically induced menopause and infertility. Despite immense physical and emotional challenges, including significant weight gain and mobility struggles, she transformed her life through resilience, determination, and a commitment to personal growth. Her journey to health and empowerment included high-intensity fitness, combat sports training, completing her business administration diploma while raising her children as a single parent, and becoming a certified yoga instructor. Lindsay offers private and group yoga sessions, helping others reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and build strength. Lindsay deeply believes that true wellbeing and healing come from caring for the body as a whole — honoring both mental and physical health. She understands that physical pain, emotional struggles, and mental health are interconnected, and that supporting both mind and body is essential for lasting health and balance. At Common Ground, Lindsay has created a space where you can find alignment—between body and mind, between movement and emotion, and within yourself. The clinic’s multidisciplinary team — physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, and psychotherapists — works together to provide tailored care that meets your unique needs, whether that’s therapy, physical treatments, or a combination. Lindsay’s mission is to help people feel balanced, move freely, and reconnect with themselves, supporting whole-person wellbeing every step of the way.
